Online services Moda/Sportswear/Selleria 

  • Customer support service via contact form, chat on the website, whatsapp, facebook and instagram.
  • 14 days to return or replace the purchased goods: does the product you have purchased have a defect? Did the gift recipient not like it? You have the possibility to return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of issue printed on the receipt.
  • Gift packaging: if the product you have purchased is a gift you can request, free of charge, that the packaging be made for you.
  • Home delivery or collection in store: if you buy online you can choose whether to have the goods arrive home by courier or to collect the package in the store.
